Questions new doctors ask
What happens to my Student plan when I graduate?
Nothing changes until you see your first real patient. Then you pick Opening or Growing, and everything you set up in school carries over.
Can you move my patients from SKED or paper?
Yes. Send us an export or photos of your schedule book and we load patients, future visits and care plans before your first day on Tableside.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from your account.
What happens after the 30 free days?
We email you a week before. If you do nothing, the plan starts at the price on this page. If you cancel, you can export every patient, visit and form first.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice on a paid plan.
What does card processing cost?
Processing is billed at cost, with nothing added on top. You see the fee on every payment in your daily collections report.
Can I add a second doctor later?
Yes. Move to Growing from your account when you hire an associate. Your patients, schedules and templates stay exactly where they are.
